Let’s face it… being a parent can be hard! Fitting in everything that you want to do, and making time for you… they are things that just don’t always happen.
I’m a mum myself, so I know – trust me, I know! I work with parents across Newcastle and North Tyneside to help them improve their fitness while removing the burden of finding childcare.

My personal training sessions are individually tailored to your requirements. I can help you improve your fitness levels, train for a specific goal or event, lose weight or gain muscle. Whatever your needs and goals, I’m here to help!
I have a Masters Degree in Sport & Exercise Psychology, and specialise in working with busy parents, helping them to balance fitness and childcare. I can even train partners together – a great motivation to challenge your other half!
I deliver sessions from my home in North Gosforth, where you’ll find loads of exercise equipment and toys to keep your little ones entertained. Or, if you prefer, I can come to you!


Pregnancy and post-natal fitness

Staying fit and healthy during pregnancy offers a range of benefits, including faster birthing experiences and quicker recovery post-partum.
While many exercises can be adapted during pregnancy, it is important you approach your fitness regime safely.
I am a pregnancy and post-natal fitness expert. I work with new and expectant mums to help them stay strong and safe. And best of all… I can do this in the comfort of your own home in person or online!
Sports massage
As a parent you’re probably developing aches and pains that you never expected. Lifting and carrying a baby, crawling around the floor with a toddler, hunching over as you teach your child how to ride a bike… the struggle is real!
As a qualified sports massage therapist, I can help reduce your aches and pains and to relieve stress. Sports massage also enhances your fitness training or sports performance as tight muscles are stretched out for optimal performance. This also leads to less injury when training.
I can also help those working at computers or driving a lot with realigning your posture to reduce tension, headaches and back aches.
