I have a Masters Degree in Sport & Exercise Psychology, and specialise in working with mums, helping them to balance fitness and childcare.
I deliver sessions from my home in North Gosforth, where you’ll find loads of exercise equipment and toys to keep your little ones entertained. Or, if you prefer, I can come to you!

Pregnancy and post-natal fitness

Staying fit and healthy during pregnancy offers a range of benefits, including faster birthing experiences, and quicker recovery post-partum.
While many exercises can be adapted during pregnancy, it is important you approach your fitness regime safely.
I am a pregnancy and post-natal fitness specialist. I work with new and expectant mums to help them stay strong and safe. And best of all… I can do this in the comfort of your own home!
Sports massage
As a new parent, you’re probably discovering muscles that you never knew you did, and developing aches and pains that you never expected. Lifting and carrying a baby, crawling around the floor with a toddler, hunching over as you teach your child how to ride a bike… the struggle is real!
